GETTING STARTED
- Reach out via email or phone, submit a Contact Form, or click the Client Portal button to fill out your intake packet and request an appointment.
- I will request and/or provide a link to set up and verify your insurance and payment information. For most Cigna and Aetna plans, your insurance will be billed through Headway. For BCBS and UHC/Optum, your insurance will be billed through The Hopeful Hour on the Client Portal.
- Complete intake paperwork
- Request appointment through Client Portal and/or discuss options with Provider
- Have an Intake/Assessment session with Provider to establish goals and determine the next best steps based on your needs
